The guy working here at night on may 26th 2024, should be fired and never be hired by any hotel ever. The guy is rude, lacks customer service etiquette, does not offer any help. He told us we would not sit in the lobby to get our work done. Additionally he has the worst customer service I have experienced and I travel around the world a lot.
Also the fact that the hotel does not have a microwave or fridge and the rooms smell is beyond me. Honestly the Ramada hotels ought to simply go out of business. Worst experience EVER.

Booked for the anemities but turns out gym is closed also breakfast was only packed pancakes, bread and buns with small boxed cereal nothing hot or cooked, person at front desk is not experienced enough just there watching videos all day

The room doesn't look like the picture. It has changed 3+years no one bother to update. I chose their room for a warmer and brighter look than other motel right next to it, and paid more. It was a waste. The room has no bathtub, no microwave, no hairdryer. It's not a fancy nor touristy area but 50+ more than other hotels better equipped. The building is old. The air-conditioning has water inside running like a fountain. There was a card machine on the counter. In other hotels you would be asked to insert your card for incidentals. Here the reiption asked to "scan" the card and very carefully "exam" it, took my card behind the counter and typed on his computer for a very long time. Now my card has been drawn by someone and went over limit!!!
