Do not do business with this company and be ready to be robbed if you are applying for a rental! They take your "non-refundable" credit check fee and don't run your credit. Then, you have to call to see if any units were already given to somebody. Normal business practice is a courtesy call letting anybody that submitted fees to know that you were not awarded the property rental. People's time and money is critical when it comes to rentals and BBB needs to know what type of practice they are doing. No Specialists at all in housing.
