First time going there today and got a full set of acrylics w a simple design. Turned out really good and I recommend coming here

They were quick to get us in and have a good selection of colors which was nice... But they missed the hygienic mark. Tools were dropped, picked up, and used on me again, the tub did not have a bag in it, and they used a yellow sponge that felt like it was used over and over again. Seems like nothing is sterilized properly. I also asked for a soak off for my acrylic nails... and it was not a soak off. Instead, they trimmed the nails and used a nail tip to wedge off my acrylic set. Kept reminding the nail tech that I wanted a soak off, which I finally received after multiple complaints that it was painful and she split my thumb nail after clipping it over and over again. Should not have left the salon with bloody, sensitive, short nails. I highly wouldn't recommend going here until they are properly trained.

They were very quick to get me in and overall friendly. The service itself was good. Their sanitation practices (or lack there of) honestly made me feel so gross. I watched them just spray down the basin(they don't use liners) with water and use it on another pedicure (no cleaner or scrubbing). Nothing looked new that she used on me from the foot scrubber to the toe separator. After using everything on me, she put it right back into the box. I'm just praying they clean their cuticle nippers. They also really pressure you into gel because it costs more. She was visibly annoyed with me when I said I didn't want gel.
