Beautiful Customer service. No one is perfect but they are very close. I just started and I felt like a lovable Family member. Dunkin Donuts was a great place to celebrate my being a new Member. No complaints yet. 👌

I've heard and read good things about RCU. I went ahead and proceeded to work with them in getting a personal loan. The Website will have you fill out an application online, saying someone will get back to you in the next 48 hours. Nothing. Just got declined for no reason and no communication from a banker. The next day at end of day, A banker by the name Jesus V. reached out to say that this can be underwritten and turned. I was told to review the rates and call him back the following day. 5 days, 8 missed calls and 3 voicemails later, NOTHING. Wasted my time. Adversely recommended Redwood credit union. If you do go, don't work with Jesus, totally wasted my time and credit.
