0 communication. Unable to return phone calls or respond to tickets.
The water dispenser in our fridge was not working so we submitted a ticket. We heard nothing for weeks. Then, we received a phone call. It was from the company that was going to replace the fridge. The entire fridge!! This new fridge wasn't going to have the water or ice dispenser in it, which was essentially already the state of our fridge. This new fridge also had one door, as opposed to the split 2-door fridge that we needed because if the island that sits in front of it.
The person we were talking to said she would simply refuse the order, said that regenesis seemed to have picked the cheapest possible fridge, and also stated that working with Regenesis was "... interesting..."
Eventually, a technician came to take a look at the appliance and identified a small part that was not activating the water spout button. He said he'd order the part.
It's been about 2 months and we have not heard back from them.
