I'm updating my review as I previously gave it one star. That wasn't too fair on my part since I based it on the solely on the cons. So actually, in my opinion, it's more like 3.5 stars which is pretty decent I think. So here's the real deal l detailed. The Pros: There's actually a lot. But to make a few... Security -It is gated which is the main reason I moved there. Amenities: Pool, gym, garage, rec/community room (You can rent by the hour I believe for functions such as baby showers), laundry room ( if you don't have your own they do offer a option to rent) Pet Friendly: This is very hard to find when moving. And they are very supportive to pets. Friendly Staff: This may not be a big deal to some but the staff here has always been very friendly. Fast repairs: I lived in one of the remodeled homes and it was beautiful. Even the ones that aren't remodeled are pretty nice in my opinion. But any time I needed a repair or maintenance I never waited more than 24 business hours. The Cons.... There aren't too many but the biggest one is why it's not 5 stars which I'll mention last. Parking for guests: There pretty much is no parking for visitors. Maybe on the street but definitely not within the community. Thin walls: I'm used to apartment living so I'm used to hearing my neighbors. And it's a quiet community but I could literally hear my next door neighbor use the rest room and even sneeze. It's was like we were under the same roof. And I could smell their food very heavily through the vents. Move out process-The biggest con: Be prepared to give a 60 day notice upon move out. For me this really sucked because I once I started looking and found a place I obviously couldn't ask them to hold it for 60 days so we were paying rent at both places for two months. And the move out fees were Outrageous! We did have a few things that were definitely our responsibility to cover. But for a little wear n tear we were responsible for. Yes, when we moved in things were brand new like carpet. But things like dents in the carpets from furniture werent things we really should have been responsible for. And during the move out walk through I was rushed and didn't like that. But overall, it's a beautiful place to live. I see a lot of people complain about bugs/roaches but I never had an issue with that and I'm actually TERRIFIED of insects.
I’ve been living here about 3 weeks now and I love it. The office staff was very welcoming and helpful. I’ve had one maintenance issue and they were quick to fixing it. It’s really delightful to be in such a good neighborhood and environment. It’s nice having staff with such great customer service who also check up on you to see how things are going. Highly recommend 10/10
