I attended a yoga and pilates retreat at Sagrada Wellness and can attest that Sagrada is a truly special place. Prior to the retreat, communication with Scott (one of the owners) was informative and super responsive. Upon arriving, I was greeted warmly by the property's caretakers, Rich and Hope. The property has absolutely everything you could ask for - beautiful grounds, lovely hiking trails, a pool with incredible views, a hot tub, and lovely, well-kept rooms. The yoga studio itself is spacious and has a beautiful view of the grounds.||I also cannot say enough good things about Nicole, our yoga and pilates instructor during the retreat. She is thoughtful, warm, intuitive, and super friendly. She made all of the yoga, pilates, and even Bollywood dancing (!) really approachable and open to all levels. She also led the group in fun activities like hiking and making our own essential oil blends. Nicole is awesome and we were so lucky to have her expertise and guidance throughout the retreat.||Sagrada also offers acupuncture, massage, and body work for an additional fee. I had a session with Hope that left me feeling so relaxed and centered. Such a gift!||Also, the food! The food at Sagrada is amazing. It is prepared with so much care and intention. It was all delicious, plentiful, and nourishing. It's all vegetarian and (I think) mostly vegan. They also seamlessly catered to a few dietary restrictions that existed within the group. ||Lastly, the community that was built during just a few short days was really incredible. I think that's a testament to the environment that Sagrada provides as well as the amazing people who work there. After this retreat, I felt so much more centered, connected, and peaceful. ||Thank you, Sagrada, for an incredible experience!

This was my second visit to Sagrada Wellness. I joined the yoga, hiking and music retreat. The environment, food, music, activity and camaraderie made for an unforgettable four days. There is some structure to the schedule but also freedom to pick and choose as your heart desires. I’m in my 60’s and so had to pace myself. Everyone from the instructors to the participants, were kind, respectful and welcoming. I will surely return. A beautiful place in central California.

Just returned from a revitalizing yoga and hiking weekend at this lovely spot. My friend and I so enjoyed the peace and quiet, the caring and joyful leadership of our yoga instructor Nicole, Tony's soulful music and Anabel's delicious vegetarian cooking. We shared three wonderful meals a day with all of the guests--a group of smart, sweet women of all ages. We chose to stay in the private cottage, but would also recommend the individual rooms with shared bathrooms which are clean and cozy. You can choose to do a lot--head into Santa Margarita, hike, swim, sign up for massages--or not much at all. Whoever you are and whatever you do or don't do is perfectly ok with everyone else. We are already looking forward to experiencing another session!
