I'm extremely satisfied with service I received from Ricardo. My PC was in need of an upgrade and he installed my new parts, organized my wires and thorougly cleaned it all within a day. My computer runs better than ever now thanks to his skills. Highly reccomend him!

Called in and explained my problem, guy was pretty rude and just told me to bring the PC in. I bring it in, knock on the door and no one answers. I call, no answer, I wait 10 minutes and knock again no answer.

Didn't actually use their service, but discovered when we arrived that the best way to communicate is by text message since the owner is off and out on a call. Response was quick and in the end we decided it wasn't worth the repair. But I'd recommend it just based on the responsiveness.
