We were in the market for a hot tub and stopped by to see what they had. They had a limited selection due to the current supply chain issues which was understandable. The one they had in stock was not the color we wanted and was $17K. We found THE EXACT SAME SPA in stock for $6K less in Spokane and they had it in the color we wanted. I understand charging a slight premium due to availability, but that amount is absurd. I do not leave negative reviews that often, but when I see clear price gouging, then I want to let perspective buyers know.
Reply To Owners Response: Mine came with cover, cover lift, a complete set of chemicals, and free delivery. I am sorry, but there is no justification for a $6K price difference for literally, the exact same spa. A couple of thousand difference... maybe I could see that for pricing and overhead differences, but $6K? I am over half way to another complete spa for that amount.
