Never use this company. My car had gotten stolen and when it was found two days later with a broken window, torn apart ignition, and irreparable flat tire, the cops called this company to tow my car for me. My car was found ten minutes from my house so they were supposed to tow it to my house. After 45 minutes of waiting outside, and 45 minutes waiting inside since it had gotten dark, the tow truck never showed up so I called. I explained what was going on and was wondering where my car was at. The person on the phone was extremely rude and said the driver had waited outside for 45 minutes, called, and knocked on the door and no one responded so he impounded my car (the driver was also extremely unprofessional in manner and had Snapchat open on his phone when he arrived to tow my car). I never received any phone calls and since I was waiting outside my house, I would’ve seen a massive tow truck with my car. The person on the phone said I had to arrive at 5 am the next day or I would be charged extra for having my car stored there overnight. The tow alone was $225 which is ridiculous. I was then called back and said I had until 5 pm the next day. I arrived at 8:30am to retrieve my car and was told I had to pay $275 so I asked where the extra $50 came from because I was told I wouldn’t be charged anything more than the tow. They said this was for “gas mileage fees” the driver had to do to drive his tow truck back to the lot and impound my car. $50 is a full tank of gas for me so there’s absolutely no way I needed to pay that much for gas fees of the driver to get back to the lot, as well as being told I wouldn’t be paying any more than $225 the night before. After a minute of silence, my total ended up being $225 and the gas mileage fee was deducted. They also brought my car out of the lot in a forklift, which I can’t imagine does any good for my car. I do not recommend this company whatsoever

Needed a tow after getting ghosted by AAA, and Speeds responded in a professional and timely manner. Our tow driver was efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. The whole process from the beginning of the call took about 1.5 hours, which is super reasonable for heavy traffic hours. Hopefully we don’t need a tow again soon, but if we did it’s nice to know Speeds is local and well priced.

Extremely rude people. I call to get my car picked up and they were extremely rude. Cutting me off and trying to tell me how to speak to them even though I asked “is my car in your lot?” And “may I get a picture of my car for possible damages” and they freaked out on me saying how I’m being rude. I politely asked and used very good manners to explain the situation. The male tried to power trip me and tell me how to speak to him in a way that wouldn’t upset his fragile ego. Will never use such a terrible company again
