Daniel has really helped me get back into shape. I have learned a lot from him (and have a long way to go still) about how kettlebells are an efficient, fun, and challenging way to exercise and build strength. I am stronger than I ever have been in areas where I have been weak, historically. I really appreciate the programs he creates and how convenient it is for my home workouts. Thanks, Daniel!
