Poor customer service at the print section, Item wasn’t printed and was submitted 24hours prior me driving to pick it up, online said it would be ready the same day before closing but I gave it till next day to give them more time but still was not ready and person didn’t wanna print it, told me to come back till 5:30 pm still to pick it up but that’s too late needed it before that time for my daughter’s birthday party. So practically that part of the party was ruined.
I visited the Staples store today for office supplies and a print job, and unfortunately, I had a highly disappointing experience. Despite encountering issues with the printers, the gentleman at the printing counter seemed uninterested in helping, claiming there was nothing he could do. The lack of effort and dismissive attitude left me frustrated. Regardless, I kept my composure and continued to search for further assistance. Even though the cashier attempted to assist, her suggestions didn’t resolve the problem. Her attitude was great compared to the other employee I interacted with. Regrettably, my overall impression was one of poor customer service. What surprised me most was the absence of any offer for a refund for the misprints, a service I’ve received in the past. I hope this feedback helps Staples improve their customer service standards. I used to a bad person and get really ugly with people in situations where I would be frustrated because they didn’t meet my expectations, I learned to bite my tongue and channel that energy to express myself through leaving reviews. It’s just 1 strangers opinion anyway… hope this helps.
