This shop used to serve great drinks. In the last few months, we have gotten no less than 6 undrinkable coffee drinks. I normally talk to the staff, but today is the last opportunity for them to fix the nasty drinks. We normally order mochas made with almond milk or chai tea lattes made with almond milk. The mocha today tasted like burnt coffee with gritty dark chocolate flavor. One chai tea latte tasted like the cup that was used to clean the frothing tube. Another, the cinnamon was way too strong, as if the seasoning mix wasn’t stirred evenly. Two of the lattes were only half filled (probably the result of the frothing foam settling). Regardless, this store truly needs a management review of how they are making their drinks and better train the staff. We have wasted money going here. I have instructed my husband not to buy my drinks here. I prefer the competitor down the street.

This Starbucks couldn’t get a drink order right if you paid them…. Oh wait. I do pay them! They need new management or something. I send my boyfriend to get my coffee. He doesn’t drink coffee so he orders exactly what I text him. Somehow, they don’t know the difference between a tall and grande cup…. The drink is Luke warm and tastes like crap. When you pay over $8 for a cup of coffee you expect it to be right. At this point I’m contacting corporate.

This place had dozens and dozens of flies in it as I sit here drinking my coffee and trying to eat a brownie. They’re landing all over me, my table the window it’s disgusting.
