We chose this place because of the proximity to our event. Directions to the hotel are slightly confusing, we circled the block to find the entrance in the alley. Once in the parking garage it was very small, super tight, There are signs posted at the elevator saying key card required, (not true) so we proceeded to walk up the ramps and out through the gate to the lobby. Upon entering the lobby there were already three groups ahead of us and within 3 minutes four more groups showed up! Eduardo was very, very helpful. He kept his cool under pressure, and blasted through the line. The room was clean and very spacious. After our event we came back to the room and unfortunately the TV wouldn't work. We went down (I didn't catch their name but shout out for being so helpful) and they switched us to another nice room with a working TV. We slept like babies. Shower was fantastic. Breakfast was nice, I love waffles. We will be back.

My room and the hotel were clean and modern looking. The room has a small kitchen with a full size fridge, a small stove, and a small dish washer. The bed was comfortable too. The only problem was noise. The fridge in my room made an odd noise that woke me up a few times. The hotel is very close to major streets. Although I didn't hear much of the traffic noise, an ambulance siren woke me up.

Room are fine, my issue is with the free breakfast and that they encourage the use of the waffle maker by offering different flavors of batter even which is great. Out of the whole hotel which is actually 2 in 1 there is 1 waffle maker. It’s kind of ridiculous to cram it into a corner and expect that to be a comfortable and useful appliance. On top of that they do not enforce an age restriction on who can use it meaning that when I get up to eat and the only thing got off the bar I will eat being the waffle, I’m met with a line of anywhere from three to six small children (under the age of 8) all making their own waffles, it’s crazy.
Second annoyance was that we requested late check out the night before and twice now we have been bothered by house keeping and the front desk as to when check out was, even though we put in for late check out and was granted till 1:30pm.
