I came into the ER via ambulance earlier for some abominable pain and let me tell you, I was in the most excruciating pain I’ve ever been in. It was super busy upon arrival but there were many patients who Lord knows what they were experiencing, so I understood and remained patient. As I was waiting it was clear that the nurses and doctors were working hard and remaining attentive towards their patients as they went and I appreciated it greatly watching from afar. The hospital was very clean and organized from that I could tell also and when there was a projectile vomiting incident from one other patient they were lighting fast to clean it up. Lastly, though I was uncomfortable and writhing in pain, this one nurse named Michele and a few others made it bearable. She was an absolute sweetheart and you could tell she cares deeply and wants to help people. She made me laugh and comforted me throughout the whole process and for that I am absolutely and incredibly grateful for her and the Sutter Delta team for making some of the worst pain I’ve ever felt easier to endure.

I had such a bad experience, I'm seeing if open enrollment is going so I can change providers to a new network. They obviously don't have the staff to support patient needs. Long wait times for appointments, horrendous emergency room experiences, and when I stayed there a few years back for a heart issue, I remember feeling ignored. I think it's time to change. Do not recommend.

This is the worst emergency hospital ever...
From the registration they take forever registrating you... they see that your dying and they take there time.. my mom was having a terrible chest pain and her arm was numbing and the tech put the wrist band on the hand that numbing after that they left her alone when she told them.she felt she was gonna faint and after that they will never come and check on her only if I would call then nurse but otherwise they will never show up..
Don't come here.. I regret coming here.. John miur it's better.. next time I rather make the drive but go were I feel much better with the help
