went in to replace/upgrade a phone I bought there in Sanger a year ago that won't take a charge. one staff and one customer in the shop. no eye contact, no smile. no hello. I'm thinking that's cool he's busy. over 10 minutes go by and I am still completely ignored. I would have been happy with any kind of acknowledgment while I looked around. just a look and a smile...but I ended up feeling super creepy like I was intruding. then I overhear him bragging about being a manager. I just left. if that is what a manager considers customer service, I won't try that place again.
