My IPhone stopped working and I ended up upgrading my phone here. Colby walked me through all the options and we picked on that worked the best for me and my budget. He showed all the steps of what my new plan would cover and a good idea of what it would cost. He answered all of my questions and took time to explain. I came out with a better plan at lower cost then what I had before with Verizon.

Absolutely the worst and most incompetent service I have ever experienced in my life. It’s almost unbelievable how bad they are. Their answer to everything is cal 611. I had a warranty return for a 5g gateway. They lied to my mother and my wife twice saying it was their only to have my drive there for them not to have it. Finally took the new one home, no charger. Brought it back, got the charger, got home again, no SIM card. Device failed to power on after a week. Took it back to them, call 611. Every time I have come to this store there is an employees car parked right in front of the stores two park space. No respect for the customer. 1 star is gracious.

Dominick was so friendly and helpful with getting me set up with 5G home internet. Great experience at this T-Mobile. I was in and out within 15 minutes with my new internet in hand!
