I had service with this store over 8 years ago. Their customer service was great, T-Mobile customer support WAS the best I ever had, I only changed to another service for one third the price because back then if out of state couldn't get service. I don't know what happened to TMobile maybe ur TX reps don't have common courtesy, but you treated a long time customer from CA so badly,. He just wanted his T mobile phone fixed,. but got rudeness and only pushed to buy a much more expensive plan with 2 year contract at over $150 a month,. They ended up cancelling your service and going with a less known
