Great experience! Brianda & Crystal went above and beyond. I really appreciated their professionalism in assisting me with switching carriers and transferring our plan to the Unlimited Plus. I also had an issue with my cell phone after having it for over a week, and they were quick to remedy the situation with ease. On a side note, the store was clean and inviting. It makes it pleasant when they're working on your activation process.

Our experience at this store was superb. Manager Stephanie provided incredible service as she was knowledgeable and efficient. We had all of our service needs met with her and more. Following our in store experience we needed additional service and she assisted us again with efficiency and follow through.
Sprints network is not as great as we would have liked but our service experience with this store's manager was everything we could have asked for. Thank you Stephanie for making the complicated experience as simple as it could be.

This place is the ultimate hub for bait and switch service. I'm assuming the employees get commission and boost their pay by lying to customers. Twice my kids have been screwed by services here. They add stuff on without disclosure, upsale you with "freebies " only for it to come out on a bill that costs hundreds more. Tell you free trials of wifi boxes are 2 months but it's two weeks tail and instant bill for $200 a month. They are awful and I don't even understand how they get away with operating business this way. T-mobile has always been shady! This location is probably their prize spot with the shadiest commission pushers. Do not go here, switch providers if you can.
