This location has terrible customer service. I was on hold for a half hour, kept getting rerouted to different departments. No one would answer. All I needed was to order shutters however you can't even reach a representative. The operator kept saying she would page someone on the flooring department. She did not and I was on hold for way too long. Incompetent operator.

I was at this location on Friday in the garden section. I was looking for a curved brick to complete a project. The place I found them before was empty. I asked an employee if they would be in soon. Susan overheard my question and said she would check if they had more someplace else. She found them on a pallet that had not been off loaded. She went out of her way to help and brought them up to the front so could check out. She was kind and efficient…a great combination! Thanks!

Tall Paul and Mike did a great job for me and my friend today. We wanted to buy a pallet full of wall insullation & Tall Paul was able to assist & direct us on what to do. When in loading area, Tall Paul & Mike made sure I parked in the right area and protected the public while loading the pallet. Both were very kind, respectful & straight to business. Thank you guys!!!
