Tony helped us out this morning and he was fantastic. Give the man a raise! If there is more than one Tony, he’s the guy with the mustache.
We came in the garden dept and he helped us with tips and highlighting what was on sale. He was also super knowledgeable about other areas and assisted us with taking us to the right aisle for a couple of home repair items for our backyard.
Knowledgeable, friendly and no upsell. Just the right advice for the jobs to be done. I wish all customer service interactions were like this. Thank you Tony!

The workers smell like pot. Additionally, I'm glad Home Depot protects itself from litigation by hiring gay workers, but I'd prefer to have someone help me who cares less about making it obvious their a DEI queer hire, and more about being proficient and knowledgeable in the products they are trying to sell. This Home Depot is starting to suck. I left without buying what I needed.
