We signed up for Freedom through this shop and got the $50 monthly plan. However we’ve been charged $72 every month and it’s been 6 month now that they haven’t returned the money back nor fixed the issue. We’ve visited the shop every month and called them like 3 times now but nothing has been done by the back office or the store staff. We asked to speak to the managers but they won’t even let us speak to the managers telling us they are off now, or they have been working on the issue. But they will make sure to take our money every month. They’ve been telling us the money will be returned the next billing cycle and then another $72. When are you guys going to give us our money back? How difficult is it to fix the cellphone plan? I just can’t believe it’s taking them 6 months to fix the plan issue and it’s on going. I would never sign up with this store anymore in the future. Which is unfortunate because I really had a great experience with the Guildford store 3 years ago.

It was so bad experience at mobile shop Langley because I recently faced a lot problems when purchased cell phone on 20 th December 2023 .Sales girl had no idea what she is talking about ,I received high first bill than I have sold and she denied that she didn’t mention anything like first bill will be not much higher. But she told me after taxes amount connection fees and all still I received higher than that .I am not satisfied with the deal too .As compared to this store sales services are good at delta store which is at 120th street due to sales persons attitude.I am writing quite harsh but I don’t want to make any customer feel what I experienced….

Liars, don’t trust them. I went here on Black Friday to get their sale that they had promoted on their whiteboard. It said the plan was $55 a month including an IPhone 13 and I asked multiple times to make sure that the $55 included everything and the person helping me assured me that the plan included everything. Now here I am with my first bill cycle and they charged me $90 instead of the $55 a month I was promised. If I had known they were going to charge me $90, I would have went with a different provider. Theses people will lie to you to convince you to go with them. This is unacceptable.
