More importantly, Hazel is extremely knowledgeable about pilates and human anatomy. She is excellent at providing verbal cues and visual demonstrations to ensure students perform the exercises correctly and safely. Hazel pushes you enough to challenge yourself and get a great workout, but also knows when to dial things back to prevent injury.
The care and attention Hazel puts into her classes is evident through her students' progress. Over the past year I have become much stronger, more flexible, and have better body awareness. I always leave her classes feeling great!
