Took forever just to speak with a person. I would love to talk to someone about improving your service. If you would cut your automated features down by adding a "to speak with a representative, press 9 now" feature. It took over an hour, and SEVERAL calls, in order for me to figure out how to reach a human representative. It needs to be one of the first options given.
