I have been coming to this specific site for about 6 months now... I make regular visits, mostly for return of goods. There is a gentleman that has always been so friendly and very helpful (I wish I knew his name) every time I come in he is so patient with me and the other customers. I came to this location after calling around to find out how to return merchandise I had purchased. He explained the process and also let me know once I arrived, that I could email the lable needed to him and he would print it for me there. I come in today (10/27/22) and he wasn't working. The lady that was,had a very sweet disposition, but told me she couldn't print the 2 labels for me... I asked if the printers weren't working... to which she replied, they don't have a printer. I said every time I've come there's been a printer, she then said, it isnt a service they offer, so I asked when they stopped offering it, that I usually email the lable etc... finally she stated she has restricted access and not the same as the other person who has helped me... all of the above may be true, I dont know, but the whole point I come to this location is because they have always printed the labels for me...
I drive 30 minutes out of my way and pass up several UPS sites because of the stellar service I received... Unfortunately, if this truly isn't a service offered here, then there is no point driving so far to come here...
I travel for my job 40 plus weeks per year. I much prefer using the UPS customer centers as opposed to the UPS stores. The people working for the service centers tend to be more helpful and friendlier. I wish I wrote down the name of the woman who helped me on Thursday, October 27 at 10 AM. I hope you give her a raise, she’s awesome! Thank you. I was the guy from Nebraska.
