Went in here to discuss a hold instead of him getting me to a branch manager he denied my request without actually saying he was doing so. Terrible bank to work with.

Had an account to set up that was a little complicated which is fine. They had me come in twice to not get it solved. Probably better off going to a different bank.

I enjoy working with US Bank. Eddie is always available and a pleasure to work with.Their customer service has always been excellent for my personal and business needs.
