I think it might be the area, but every time I go to this branch, which isn't often. There are always more probing questions than there needs to be to made a simple deposit or withdraw. I expect my ID to be checked if the teller doesn't personally know me, which they don't at this location. Maybe a security question, just to be extra sure. But past that why am I making a deposit, where the funds came from or what I'm going to use a withdraw for is out of bounds for a teller.

Okay everybody no wonder this US Bank only has a three-star review. it says on the sun that they're open till 6:00 yet they're closing at 5:00 on this Friday it takes literally a half an hour to open the checking account but they refuse to invest the time in my time. it was just way too hard for them today to open me an account and I understand it's Friday everybody wants to go home but my time is valuable too and that's the unfortunate side of all these people to make way too much money for their own good and do Jack diddly but sit on their thumbs and spin thank you

How this bank remains open is a miracle. The lobby is almost never open, which wouldn't be a problem except you now have people and cars alike in line at the drive thru. Rain or shine. It is FAR to hot to be standing waiting in the drive-thru. We have to count our change back to make sure it's correct as we've been shorted or over paid when getting change. Then to knock on my window because there's a lane and telling me to go to other lanes when I know I can't is crazy unprofessional. If I could switch banks I would.
