Tj and Selena these 2 were the 2 nicest and most helpful people I think I ever delt with they made everything super easy and talked me thru alot and answered all my questions with no problems or hesitation

Place is a scammmmmmmmm selling used bikes as if they are brand new from Walmart Like what theft these people are sad greedy people. Is that what God is going to ask of you for when he comes. Greed

Among The USA Pawn and Jewelry locations, 82nd and Powell's location actually used to offer outstanding quality employees and wide selection of quality merchandise. Management had changed a couple years ago. Unfortunately, the customer service has suffered greatly. This has to be the most disheartening display of belittlement and dehumanizing ridicule I have ever encountered. The employees are condescending, degrading, and judgemental to customers whom are down on their luck and seeking a little extra cash to aid their situations. I'm very disappointed in the development of this establishment thus far. Shame.
