Disappointed in the level of cohesive customer service between the store and call centers. Also beyond frustrated that CSAs keep offering me upgrades before they even read the notes on my account and find out that's not the answer. Wouldn't really recommend this location or Kyocera phones to anyone.
Edit: Edgar it's rude to keep checking your phone, and talk to your coworker about how much you want to work at the Tigard store in front of the customer instead of helping me. I complained about the SE Asian call centers because they have extended this process too long because of what has been lost in translation. Or maybe the are like you and just dont really care about give good customer service. Your only point of redemption was resolving the sim card issue.
Horrible customer response - where nobody responded for 20 minutes after check-in. I told the attendent that I am leaving because of this - and he's just like "okay".

Fyi, there were people who came 10 mins after us - and they got served before me - I believe they were asking for purchasing iphones, while me asking for prepaid plans :)
