My 15 year old son who is an A+ student : mom they are just working off the script .. This country will never move forward if people don’t start using their brains .. utterly disappointing and pathetic experience at the local Verizon . You come as a new customer and they offer you a “deal”’of $300 per month ( while you are Paying $120 at AT&T .) way to welcome! You tell them exactly what you are looking for but they keep repeating the script they learned which has no relevance to your needs. What a shame and a waste of my time and the person who work there .. should go back to school and learn a profession and some common sense at least . Tired of stupidity .
