Todd and Joey were very helpful with getting my 2022 Taos taken care of! The service team did a great job as always and I was even able to split payments through sunbit which was very easy to use. Great communication every step of the way and I used the shuttle service for the first time and that was great as well!

Nice people but it is so difficult to get information. Calls are mostly never answered and go to voicemail. Then no one calls you back so you end up calling and calling until eventually someone answers. They have a texting system but don't respond very much to that either. It became exhausting just to get an update.

I thought the overall service was great, and the final result wa satisfying. The service team was able to coordinate a repair through a third party extended warranty, that I really did not believe was going to be covered. Thank You! The only challenges I had were in communication. I spoke with several representatives that were all helpful and professional, but given the number of people I talked to, there was not an individual familiarity with my service. Also, several calls went to voicemail, with delayed responses. Again, the final product was good though, and I appreciate the team's collective diligence.
