I hadn't been a fan of Wally World in the past, but proximity drove me to this one. It has really been sufficient to out tastes. They have a fairly decent and growing selection of organic items, we've been pleased with tires bought & mounted there, pet food is competitively priced, etc. There are people available for help & questions, too.

I've had 3 experiences where I needed help and was told by the store employee, "I don't speak English". This seems like a safety issue. There needs to be a way to communicate if someone needs help. I was trying to report broken glass and had to walk around to find someone who could help. I also needed help reaching an item on a shelf. The employee couldn't reach it either and said they had no way to call anyone to help. In the interest of safety, the employees should be able to speak enough English to help and have phones to get help if needed

Got a guy name Awol in Auto Care department can't change oil and very rude and disrespectful to customers. You can tell he lives a very unhappy life and brings his problems to work! 👀🥺
