Not bad, quick ramen. There wasn't a line at all on a busy Saturday and the ramen was ready in a few minutes.
At like $15 the Zabon was alright. It tasted fine and wasn't anything special but if you're craving ramen it'll do the job.
It kinda fits right in with the vibe of the packing house as it's a quick cafeteria style ramen.

I got the vegan spicy miso ramen and the vegan hand rolls.
The quality is exactly the same as most other vegan ramen I've tried. There's a decent variety of veggies in there. The tofu is firm but unseasoned.
The rolls sound really unique and interesting but were disappointing in person. They are pretty big, but they had way too much rice and no filling. It was overpriced for what it was.
If you're looking for above average ramen, I wouldn't come here. Can't speak to the non-vegan options.
