Overall great experience in purchasing a certified vehicle. Auto nation 1 price made the whole process so much easier. Staff were nice and easy to work with the whole time. However, the reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 star was that they missed AC check on this certified vehicle. I found out AC was not working 3 days after the purchase. I took the car to the shop and had Freon refilled and that fixed it.

Take your yuppie vehicle in for service/repair anywhere but here and save 30% minimum on repair costs. A couple close by indie shops (Europa, German Auto Repair) quoted me $6500 for these same repairs. The lyft rides are nice but don't be scammed by the astronomical costs of this establishment. They bought my car that's not worth more than $11,000 for $1000 so they can obviously get these repairs done for far less than I was quoted.

Tristan was very knowledgeable and nice to work with. The communication throughout the process was good. My only feedback would be: I asked for the tech to check my two tires that were older than 6 years, to inform me of the readability and there wasn't any comment on this when receiving my car. Lastly, the oil service comes with a car wash and vacuum, I declined the car wash, but my car didn't get vacuumed. These items are minimal but worth mentioning.
