Top notch service from a top notch dealership. Between Meadow with her responsiveness, regular updates and overall knowledge and Kyle with his thorough but smooth paperwork the experience we had in the new Audi Q5 lease was smooth and easy. I will absolutely be letting my friends and family know about Audi Bellingham and particularly the great quality of customer service Meadow and the whole team there provided. I have been a service and parts customer for many years. Audi Bellingham continues to provide me with excellent service and has a team that I can trust to get the job done correctly. I have lived all over the country and had previously done all of my own service work due to many poor experiences at other dealerships. I was thrilled to find a competent team that allowed me to just drop off my vehicles, regardless of complexity, rarity or modifications, and not worry about them when they are in their care. It has never been about the ability to pay for professional service, but about finding people who actually know what they are doing and don't just say that they do. I now only work on my cars if I want to, not because I have to. Many thanks to Britney, Aaron and the rest of the Audi Bellingham team for giving me back hours of my personal time.

I was very pleased with the recent car oil change service I received. The service team member, Ben, who assisted me was incredibly nice and helpful. During the service, they provided a helpful video explanation of the work being done. The shuttle service was also very convenient and saved me a lot of time. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
