Was able to get my Audi in very quickly for an emergency recall service. Provided an incredible loaner and found a few additional things that needed repaired by no pressure to have them do it. Very thorough. Highly recommend.

They really went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. From start to finish, their communication was top-notch, and they made sure I got the best deal in town. The car is in excellent condition, and the whole process was seamless.

I recently purchased a new Audi from this dealership and was extremely impressed. The entire experience was positive and I'd like to call out my sales advisor Scott Barnett for being one of the best I've ever dealt with. The dealership was very competitive and fair in the deal and I was done in record time. The facility is spotless including the service bays and has plenty of areas, including some quiet spaces, for you to sit and wait for your car if you prefer. Audi of Tri-Cities is a massive improvement over the prior dealership and I'm happy to recommend them without hesitation - even over some bigger dealers in the region.
