Really disappointed with Camas Meadows lately. Grass tees never opened this year. Practice area has been closed for a month or two and before that it was neglected. Went to Heron Lakes yesterday and was blown away by the quality of the practice facilities compared to what we get. Camas needs to redo their short game area to incorporate 50 yd shots, punch holes in the practice green, and actually take care of it. Some technology at the driving range and maybe a second tier would be a huge improvement. Maybe get a rentable simulator in the club house for winter months. We really don’t have anything on this side of the river, shown by the ~$80 greens fees on weekends, would be nice to see some money put back into the facility.

First of all the golf balls are absolutely terrible. Most of them have to be more than a decade old. Secondly the hours are not consistent. The website shows the driving range opens daily at 8 AM, but there have been multiple times I have showed up and there is maintenance being done and range doesn’t open until 10 or later. These maintenance hours should be posted on the website. Please do your customers right by putting correct hours on your website!

You guys really need to restore your driving range to what it was a few years ago. Get the grass tees back in play, along with the short game area! You have the set up, bring it back! And get some better and cleaner range balls. For $15 a bucket, I expect better!
