The first room I was given had roaches all inside of the refrigerator. Then they moved me to another room where the heater didn't work. When I asked the front desk if they can do something about it the girl at the front desk who was very rude and very poorly dressed told me that there isn't anything she can do about it because maintenance was not there. I asked her if she can switch me rooms and she said no she couldn't because there was no available rooms the only thing that she offered me it was another blanket but I had to go down to get it myself. She was very rude and she looked like she lived at this trashy extended stay America. She was very ghetto to say the least and when I called her on the phone she rudely kept speaking to the person in front of her as if she didn't have anyone on the phone this day is terrible I don't recommend it at all it's the worst extended stay America I've ever been to

This company/hotel Is very understanding with any issues you might have here! They will stay and work with you to make you happy. This hotel also holds great associates and mangers, I really recommend coming here! Shout out to “Julie”, she stayed on the lined with me until i had my issue resolved!

Location is great. Nice on the outside. Inside wasn't the best. Only used for sleep and I've stayed there before but the rooms are just somewhat not up to standards. I'm happy there's carpet instead of wood on the floors now.. but nearly everything hardware is stained. The bathrooms counters, the tables, the floors has small bits of trash that wasn't vacuumed. The shower faucet was dripping when I checked in and I turned it off... considering the signs in there say "CA is in a drought"... I'd stay here again just for the purpose of sleeping and for the price, but that's all. They said they serve breakfast but it's coffee and muffins.. and the parking is free and close to Disney. You can also leave your car there after check out if you're still going to the parks that day you're leaving. Again, I'd stay there next time but wish they would upgrade and clean better.
