I definitely enjoyed the stay. My room was just a bit dirty from previous visitors who did some cooking and some liquid spilled in the drawer. Also during the night the fire alarm was set off. And woke us up from a deep sleep. I myself couldn’t go back to sleep and had to stay awake to put my baby back to sleep. As much as it was an inconvenience of our stay or others who were disturbed from their sleep as well. I felt we should have been given at least an extra hr after checkout. Don’t get me wrong the hotel is amazing. Kitchen and all. I would definitely got back and stay again.

I don't know what to say. Everytime I think this place deserves a good review something else happens that shatters my expectations . Elevators can be hard to fix but it's been a few weeks and still broke and I'm on 3rd floor. No biggie, these things happen . Well, I parked in the back lot carrying my stuff in & card didn't work in that entrance or the side door. Walked halfway around hotel to front & got key card re-done & again, it did not work on either door on 2nd trip from car. Key worked - the doors don't. then up 3 flights of stairs the 2nd time also there's a strong natural gas smell at the back of this place. I don't blame anybody but upper management , the front desk crew here are amazing considering the obstacles they encounter on a day to day basis they go above and beyond .

I expected extended stay to be at least one step above a cheap motel. It smelled so bad of cigarette smoke in the hallways. I was on the 3rd floor. Then when I walked into my room, I noticed furniture covered in dust and countertops bubbling up like they were old and water damaged. The breakfast bar had granola bars, coffee and oatmeal. That was also very disappointing. If the breakfast were better, it probably would have helped.
