What I gather from other comments and personal experience is this hotel is failing, they accepted it, so they're just trying to squeeze up a quick buck as fast as possible. They are not interested in repeat guests with kids. Zero interest in customer loyalty. And oh yes, they write these replies trying to make an appearance as if they are trying to address the feedback inviting reviewers to contact them. The reality though is they have contact information of every single reviewer, and if they actually wanted to address the feedback, they would've reached out directly.
