I feel so lucky to have found Ken and the Training Station. He has been wonderful at slowly and methodically returning me to health after a decade of sedentary life. Prior to kids and life hijacking my exercise time, I worked with a lot of trainers. Ken is the best. He has a huge store of knowledge that allows him to adapt a workout on the fly to exactly what you need in the moment. At the same time, he is organized and detail-oriented and can help you meet your long-term goals. I am planning for good health in my seventies and eighties and I am confident that with Ken's help I can get there.

Best money spent. Ken is not just about telling you what to do, but explaining the why. Also listens to your goals, builds a program around that and keeps it interesting with varied workout routines. Also pushes me to do what I thought might not be possible.
