The owner was so friendly and helpful! She helped us pick just the right alpaca yarn, find the right pattern, and choose between their large selection of needles! She made us feel welcome even though we didn't know exactly what we were looking for. Thanks so much! I've found my new yarn store even if it isn't the closest!
I visited the shop during rose city yarn crawl to get my measurements taken by Jen Perroccini.
There was an employee there who followed my girlfriend and I through out the shop and stared at us when we were shopping. We felt awkward and uncomfortable being singled out from the rest of the customers and decided to leave before we could get our measurements.
We changed our minds and went back to get the measurements, but left quickly after because they were still watching us.
Reply Edit: I understand the need to watch out for theft during busy events, but no one was being followed or watched as closely as we were. Whether or not you believe your employees profiled us is irrelevant because it was very clear from our perspective that we were.
