When I read these negative feedbacks from the customers, I was not surprised at all. I just had worst experience here I have ever had in my life. My appointment has been scheduled a month ago. I arrived there and checked in 5 minutes earlier than my appointment time. However, I have been sitting at waiting room for 2 hours. i started to question the nurse, I was told they looked for my report. I questioned this repot should have been done a long time ago, not in last minutes. They started to push away responsibility . What I felt very frustration, I wasted 2 hours there and nobody came to explain to me . I felt very disrespect. I requested to talk with the manager. That manager is lack of customers service skills. This is why the staff under her manage are so rude. After talking with her, she made me more frustration. so I complaint to her supervisor. Soon after, this manger stopped the doctor to talk about my medical issue. And told me "you are not coming back any more" . This manager was abusing her power to against my rights.

I am VERY HAPPY with all the people that WORKS there, especially Ms. Socorro...they are SUPER friendly and very professional... It's a VERY helpful and FRIENDLY environment. We (the family members) have to be there because we don't have a choice, but THOSE people MADE the situation bareable... THEY HELP!!!!!!! THE MOST FRIENDLY Imaging CENTER I have ever been!

I'm a Cancer patient and I need to take many different CT scans and other exams. I would like to buy thanks to all of the staff there. Because of yours outstanding professional services and hard work Today I especially said thanks to Sunhi, Sally, and Marsha , you're the best of the best .
