If I could give 0 stars I would. When i booked i stated I needed a female technician. They said they couldn't guarantee one, but they'd put in a note requesting a female. After I arrived & waited 30 mins they said only the male technician was available that day. They guaranteed a female tech for the following day so we scheduled a new appointment.
I came again & waited 15 mins. Then yet again they tell me I can't get a female technician. Apparently they gave my appointment away to another patient who wanted a female tech. They keep choosing to bump me down the totem pole! How do you give away a booked appointment? And When did this happen? I came on time on the dot, so when did you have opportunity to steal my appointment & give it to someone whiter and less Muslim-looking? WHY THE HELL Would they give her MY appointment specifically? Didn't they make me come another day entirely? So whyyyyy didn't they make the other patient come back another day? How do you give away an appointment that has already been booked!? Especially when you know I've been here already?
It's Absolutely Disgusting!!! I paid attention to all the patients as they left. The lady who was given my appointment wasn't Muslim nor Black. This reminds me of what was done to Rosa Parks. They take our seat/appointment and give them to someone else who has "better" social status.
It's disgusting how much bigotry and micro aggressions have been proven to exist in the medical field. If you're not willing to treat everybody with the same respect, get out of medicine!
