UPDATE - My visit was absolutely HORRIBLE. I had an apt @ 2:05 but waited over an hour and 20 mins. They recommend you being there 20 mins early... for what? They over book and can't keep up with the appointments. By far the worst service I've ever received. Why make and appointment and arrive early when it's basically a total waste of time? Once I got a to the xray room, the tech was bossy and telling me to turn and step but then tell me not to step? They need to treat patients better. I repeatedly told her I have medical problems that limit my movement in neck and shoulders but kept demanding me to turn my neck more and push my shoulders down. I was doing the best I could do... what more do you want me to do? I DO NOT recommend this place. Go anywhere else if possible. 👎 Not the best when tou need to contact them. Online chat you never get a response... call and no one answers. They have you come in 20+ mins early but you want past your appointment time... please do better VVAI.
Highly efficient yet Very kind , polite & respectful lady at front desk (I didn’t get her name, 7:20 a.m. 2-21-24). Xray team also very efficient, polite, respectful.
