Called to have my prescription brought to my car because of COVID 19 symptoms. Waited 20-30 minutes before I had to go inside and they told me they couldn’t find my car. They didn’t attempt to call me back. I was parked directly in front of the store, and instead of looking, they made me put everybody else at risk.

Every single employee has treated me with respect, patience and helpful. A family member told me they even special ordered her favorite Teal's Epsom salt to keep stocked. Whatever the reason, this tiny rite aid has helped me through more meltdowns, more broken hearted angry and hurt days, even before the pandemic hit....and every single time the employee's have tolerated my crazy better than trained professionals and we come out with a better perspective and gear to combat the ugly of life that seems to have plagued me these days. Thanks folks!

You would not think that it would be possible for a corporate chain to be THIS incompetent.
Every time I am here, it's something new. Today, the "system was down", paralyzing the whole store. Cash only, and not able to do basic services. Take your business somewhere else.
