The technicians are outstanding. Very knowledgeable. They were prompt, called ahead to let me know they were on the way, & were very honest. My GE subzero had some major issues that essentially meant unit replacement. They didn’t even charge me for the diagnosis & assessment. As a 48 year automotive technician who understands very well how HVAC (refrigerator) systems work, I could tell these guys are the real deal. I would call this company 1st before any company. You won’t be sorry.

Dimitri did an amazing job. You might have to wait to get parts, but when they arrive the service will be done immediately. You are in good hands. Thank you for getting my sub zero up and running.

I have been using Rodeo Appliance exclusively now for the past several years. Their small team of knowledgeable professionals have never failed me. Coupled with good attitudes and a clean work environment makes for a joyful experience which is rare to say about an appliance repair company.
