After waiting a half an hour for someone to get a shredder for us we decided to leave. Apparently "one minute" means something different to the employees there. They seemed to have enough staff working but they preferred standing around conversing with one another rather than helping customers requesting assistance.

Only put one star because I needed to choose at least one to write a review. I cannot believe how hard it is just to get a hold of an associate for customer service help. I was on hold for at least 10 minutes with both Staples and Best Buy on LoneTree just to check inventory and options for 6 sets of Walkie talkies and headsets, at least a $500 sale right there, gone. I’ll just order from Amazon Prime.
