I'm not sure if you're supposed to make an appointment, but I happened to be in the area and stopped in and to see the showroom.
A salesperson was attending to a couple, so I walked around. After she was finished with the couple, she asked if I had any questions. I said "yes" and mid-question, she walked away. She made a phone call (not received a call, but made her own call), started doing some paperwork, made another call (sounded like a personal call) and continued her paperwork. After 5 minutes of waiting to finish my question, I decided to leave.
I'm going to assume that she would say that she didn't hear me say "yes," but she could have glanced my way when I was in her view to see if I could be helped. Or maybe say have a nice day as I walked passed her to leave the store.
