I had a visit to the emergency room recently due to complications with my asthma. The service and attention I received from the staff was amazing. They really showed true concern for my life. I was scared, my heart rate was high, the wheezing was intense. My anxiety wasnt making things any better either. I received 2 breathing treatments, a steroid, blood tests and also took a chest x-ray. They even sent me home with an inhaler and antibiotics to assist in my recovery.The doctors kept asking me how I was feeling and really listened to my concerns. They kept me for hours and wouldn't let me leave until I was fully feeling up to it. The entire staff was just awesome from check in to check out. I had my best friend with me and she was extremely happy with my service as well. She kept saying girl you are getting the hook up here. I really felt special and looked after. All I can say is that they took damn good care of me and just wanted to share it with the public. Hospital trips are never really fun but they did a great job of making me feel comfortable and relaxed. It was a very pleasant environment to be in when i was under the weather. They had me wanting to switch my doctor to one of theirs. I hope I never have to visit the emergency room again. If I have to for any reason, I hope to receive the same wonderful treatment. All I know is that I feel terrific now and it's all because of the great medical team I had. I'm so very grateful to have experienced such kindness and care. Went in for my husband's hip replacement. The entire process was great as a surgery could be. They held a joint replacement class in the weeks prior that was very educational. Jen the class director made sure we had no questions left by the time we left. The day of the surgery went very smooth, from the volunteers to the surgeon. All the nurses were great. We didn't come across a single person that we could complain about.

I had a outpatient stress test and it went well. I want to thank all the staff who cared for me. They are very informative, patient, and so kind. The security guard in the front lobby was so great. Informative and kind to all. As people came into the hospital he didn't miss talking to one person. Those he knew he welcomed them and he's very great as a security officer for the hospital.
